Client ordered from a dot-com recently to recieve 10 oz banner folded for shipping purposes…needless to say the client was less than pleased. A heavier weight banner was needed in order to truly withstand the elements. I placed the order with “WYLD” Bill and sure enough…its completed and looks great! Always happy with Bill’s quality, crew & overall service.
Thank you Bill for your help with the mailing of the banners. We appreciate your support.
Great email Bill and nice to see your team is doing well. 😉
It has been great to have you as one of my most trusted resources. Your work is excellent as is your service.
I Iook forward to many more years of working together.
I believe in being honest, Bill.
I was wooed by a local vendor to use them and I did.
I thought it would help me a lot on “special” orders – as I could simple drive over to their plant and see my projects.
However, they cannot supply me with the service that WYLD provides.
So, I am humbly returning with my hat in my hands.
I should have followed the old saying “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”
“I have also used Wyld and they do a great job.”
“i just ordered a large banner from bill @ Wyld Grand Format (wyldgfi.com) and it was good quality, good pricing, excellent service and fast shipping/turnaround time. Highly recommend him!”
“I’ve had many problems with Signs365, and I have since stopped using them (last order was over 2 years ago). There is a reason they are so inexpensive, and its not worth the headache. On the flip side, I’ve ordered from both Typestries and WYLD GFI, and have had nothing but excellent service and turn around.”
There seems to be two types of trade shops evolving. Those super volume/super cheap, and those priced at a point that everyone makes money, and offers good quality and support via all avenues.”
“Bill was a huge asset to our company before we took the plunge into printing. He was always upfront with pricing, great with communication and delivered an exceptional product on time and as promised.
And WYLD continues to be a valuable part of our growth – offering dimensions and products we don’t handle or when production is spread to thin in house. Sometimes outsourcing makes sense – when it does, Bill gets the call.
